Shipping & Returns
Most items (excluding pre-orders) will ship within two days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated ship dates for pre-order items will be listed on its product page.
We will email you if an item you ordered is out of stock.
If we shipped you the wrong product by mistake, please contact us and let us know. We will send you a return label free of charge and will ship the correct item out to you right away.
All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.
Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. To complete your return we require a receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return conditions are met, then a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment. Most orders will be processed within 30 days of return receipt. Please note we do not refund shipping costs. Sales items cannot be be refunded.
